Returning to school September 2020

We have created a risk assessment for our planned return to school and have shared it here for you to be aware of.

Please be assured that we are taking the situation very seriously and that the welfare of our pupils, staff and families remain a constant priority.

We really need your support to ensure that we follow the social distancing rues as much as possible – particularly at drop off and pick up times. We ask that parents do not enter the building and contact with staff should be minimal.

Whatever your views on rural social distancing are we ask that you help minimise our contact points.

Advice is , as usual, that children and staff should not be in school if they are unwell.

Please help us with minimising the spread of germs and infections:

  • Monitor your child’s temperature
  • Keep your child off school if they are generally not feeling well.
  • Keep your child off school if they have a persistent cough or fever.

Please make sure that we have your up- to -date contact details ; we will call you to collect your child should they be unwell or show any signs of COVID-19.

We thank you for your continued understanding and support.
